Groupe SOS partners with Impact Atlas for technology-enabled delivery of their Youth Development program in France

The French Government and Groupe SOS Youth Division have set out to transform and scale their innovative solutions for at-risk youth (NEET) to enter or re-enter the professional world.

Partnering with Impact Atlas as the core technology of this initiative, Groupe SOS will bring real-time visibility and standardization to their operations, grow their impact and increase learnings.

According to the Government of France, one in six young people in France is currently unemployed. These young people, Neither in Employment nor in Education or Training (NEET) face the greatest risks of lasting unemployment and social exclusion. Their professional integration requires a holistic approach that takes into account not only a need for further training but also a focus on the other challenges they may face to become independent, such as accessing housing, financial insecurity, isolation, or challenges accessing care.

Groupe SOS has been selected by the French government to support the most vulnerable young people, promoting their skills development, and transforming their ability to access employment.

Their partnership with Impact Atlas will help prepare their program for scale, both within their organization and through delegation to other organizations nationally.

With Impact Atlas, Groupe SOS will not only have the possibility to select the right participants for the program, track all types of activities in real-time but also measure the impact of their program towards specific outcomes, giving them the opportunity to refine and iterate as they go along.

Once each cohort is completed, Groupe SOS will have clear records to keep in touch with graduates and follow their progress over time.
